The role

Plan, launch, and scale Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns that generate qualified leads for Dezy's AI development services, and manage campaigns for client accounts.

You will own strategy, setup, creative direction, and daily optimization, and you will be measured on cost per lead and return on ad spend.

What you will do

  • Build full-funnel Meta campaigns, from awareness to lead generation and conversion, across Facebook and Instagram.
  • Own the technical setup: Business Manager, pixel and Conversions API, audiences, budgets, and bidding.
  • Develop ad angles and brief the design and video team on creative; test hooks and formats (static, UGC, video).
  • Optimize daily for CPL, CPA, and ROAS: cut what loses, scale what wins.
  • Build and read reporting dashboards, and report performance weekly with clear next actions.
  • Run retargeting and lookalike strategies and keep tracking and attribution clean.
  • For client work, manage multiple ad accounts, hit client KPIs, and communicate results clearly.

What we are looking for

  • 3+ years running Meta Ads with real budgets and documented results (CPL, CPA, or ROAS).
  • Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite, pixel and Conversions API, and audience building.
  • Strong grasp of funnel strategy, creative testing, and budget scaling.
  • Analytical and comfortable with numbers, dashboards, and attribution.
  • Good creative and copy instincts for ad angles.

Bonus points

  • Experience advertising B2B or software and agency services, not only ecommerce.
  • Experience with TikTok Ads, Google Ads, or ecommerce platforms (Shopify, TikTok Shop).
  • Basic design or video editing, or strong creative briefing skills.
